瑪麗•李奇（英語：Mary Leakey，1913年2月6日－1996年12月9日），本名瑪麗•道格拉斯•尼科爾（Mary Douglas Nicol），英國考古學家和人類學家，曾發現第一具原康修爾猿的頭骨化石、以及傍人的頭骨，同夫婿路易斯•李奇以研究史前人類著名。
   

「鮑氏傍人」在科學中屬於人科（Hominidae）的人族（Hominini）的傍人屬（Paranthropus），據估計乃是生活在 175 萬年前，具有南方古猿的特徵。 Mary Leakey 與其夫 Louis Leakey 將其命名為「鮑氏東非人」以紀念資助者 Charles Boise 。其子 Richard Leakey 則是認為鮑氏傍人為第一個使用石器工具的人族。 Richard 並於十年後的 1969 年又發現另一個鮑氏傍人的頭骨。
 

Mary Leakey 說過的名言，包括了以下這幾則，也說明了她的過去、興趣與研究：
The first money I ever earned was for drawing stone tools.
No amounts of stone and bone could yield the kinds of information that the paintings gave so freely.
I dug things up. I was curious. I liked to draw what I found.
